Convenient location, friendly staff, warm and comfortable room, lovely view, great value breakfast.

Everything was spot on.

Comfortable and spacious room, perfect for a one-night stay. The shower was fantastic, with great water pressure and temperature control. Despite the outdated decor, the room had all the amenities needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious food options. Although there were a few minor issues such as outdated furnishings and a lack of AC in the rooms, the overall experience was positive. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a winter visit. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The location is incredible in a shopping area, right by Old Trafford and the canal.

We had a fantastic time here! This place was ideally located for the event we were attending and we loved the view of the canal in front of a busy road junction. The staff who welcomed us with a drink were fab and provided great customer service throughout our stay. The room service was perfect and the hotel had excellent leisure facilities such as a fitness centre and TV room.

Pleasant, clean place, everything was excellent, including staff and rooms. The room was neat, with view of waterfront.

This was my very good stay with the time being. Every part of it was perfect, I liked staff and location. Comfy bed, fairly clean bathroom and an electric kettle, central heating and an iron in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, warm, and comfortable, with amazing bed and pillows. The added extras such as a fridge, extension cables, and side tables were a great touch. The staff were warm, pleasant, and exceptionally helpful. The location was ideal as it was a 20 minute walk to the attractions we wanted to visit. We had a lovely view of the river from our room and seeing swans in the morning was amazing.

Enjoyed my really really nice stay at the hotel. There was plenty of food for breakfast, everything was outstanding. It was within 18 min drive or so from the airport.

The hotel of choice in Manchester. Everything was fantastic, liked our great stay. The staff were polite and courteous and the location was incredible close to football-easy walk to Old Trafford.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the action, close to tram stops and the stadium. The rooms offer nice views of the quays and the breakfast selection is excellent, with a variety of tasty options to choose from.

The behavior of some other guests was shocking, which indicates a lack of proper management in dealing with such situations.

Ideal location, reasonably large property, big beds. It was good value with a comfortable décor. Accommodating staff and everything was very good.

Fabulous hotel, it has nice restaurant and perfect location close to the tram station. Salford district deserves your attention.
